Equipment Needed: Med DBS (Lunges, curls) Med Band (curls), Mini band, TRX calf length (pistols and crunches)
Group 1:
5 min round:
- Pistol squats x 8 each leg
- Trx crunch to pike x 8 total
Everyone together before switching groups:
Mini band burpee pushup toes taps x 90 sec
Group 2:
5 min round:
- Dips x15
- Tricep overhead ext x 10
- Band curls x 15
- Heavy curls x 10
Everyone together:
Mini band burpee pushup toes taps x 90 sec
30 sec each x 3 rounds:
- Curtsy lunge to lateral lunge (rt side Med DBS)
- Curtsy lunge to lateral lunge (lft side Med DBS)
- Sit up to stand up (holding 1 med DB)
- Flutter kicks (holding 1 med db over chest)
3 Min EMOM:
Tricep pushups x 10 / mini band low squat side steps (keep mini band around ankles whole time)
