Equipment Needed: Heavy DBS (Bench press, 1 arm row) Med DBS (Chest fly, reverse fly) Med Res band (Pull aparts) TRX mid length (Low row and T Fly)


Circuit through 4 moves x 3 rounds each = 6 mins
*Start 1/2 class on TRX- Works great if you partner people up, so there is a good flow of who goes where.

A, AB, ABC, ABCD, ABCDE
B) Chest press with Leg Lowers x 15 (Heavy DBS)
C) Reverse Flys x 15 (Light/med DBS)
D) Chest Flys x 15 (Med DBS)
E) Res band pull aparts x 50 (Med band)

1 min each x 2 rounds = 6 min
  • Pullovers (Heavy DB)
  • Flutter Kicks (holding 1 DB above chest)
  • 4:1 slow count pushups
