Circuit through 4 moves x 3 rounds each = 6 mins
*Start 1/2 class on TRX- Works great if you partner people up, so there is a good flow of who goes where.
- TRX Low row (mid length strap)
- TRX T fly (mid length strap)
- Burn out pushups (As fast as possible in 30 sec)
- Bird dog plank to crunch

B) Chest press with Leg Lowers x 15 (Heavy DBS)
C) Reverse Flys x 15 (Light/med DBS)
D) Chest Flys x 15 (Med DBS)
E) Res band pull aparts x 50 (Med band)
1 min each x 2 rounds = 6 min
- Pullovers (Heavy DB)
- Flutter Kicks (holding 1 DB above chest)
- 4:1 slow count pushups
