Split squat pulses ​(rt leg) x45 sec
Repeat on left side
Group 2: 4 rounds = 6 min
Trx close grip pullups x 45 sec

Timed Rounds x 2 sets = 6 min
Skull crusher leg lowers x 1 min
Kneeling tricep overhead extension x 1 min
