- 1 Thrusters
- 2 Manmakers
- 3 Upright rows
- 4 Bent over wide rows
*1/4 ml on a tread or 1 km bike or 400 meters row
5,5,6, 5,6,7, 5,6,7,8
- 5 Squats
- 6 Overhead Lunges each leg
- 7 Launching pushups
- 8 Pullups
*1/4 ml on a tread or 1 km bike or 400 meters row
9,10,9,10,11,9,10,11,12
- 9 Russian twists each side
- 10 Bicep curls
- 11 Chest press
- 12 TRX crunches
*1/4 ml on a tread or 1 km bike or 400 meters row
*If finished before time is up they go through exercise 1-12 down the line
