Thu 12/21/17 : Shoulders with Chest : Athletic Power

Equipment: Bench, Mat, Heavy DBS (bench press, snatch, push press), Light Res Band (front/lat raises)
Timed Rounds: 45 sec/15 sec rest x 4 rounds = 24 minutes
  • Alt Bench Press x 12-20 max
  • Alt push Press x 12-20 max
  • Alt off the floor snatch x 6-10 max each (switch arms each rep)
  • TYI speed band raises x max reps
  • Burpee plank jack push-ups x max reps
  • Rest/Active rest-high plank hold
*Clock runs the whole time!!!
