Equipment needed: TRX (calf length for abs), Med DBS (Tricep kickbacks, curls, Med/Heavy DBS (Lunge to DL)

Timed rounds: 45 sec each x 2 rounds = 9 min
Group 1: = 4:30
Repeat side plank on other side
TRX alternating crunch (calf length/both feet in straps)
​Group 2: = 4:30
Sumo squat to curl (Med DBS)
Piston curls (Med DBS)
Piston tricep kick backs (Med DBS)

EMOM x 4 (2 rounds each leg)
​Single leg DL to back lunge right leg x 6
Repeat on other leg

Timed rounds: 45 sec each x 2 rounds = 9 min
Group 1: = 4:30 min
TRX side crunches
TRX Low Plank
​Group 2: = 4:30 min
Squat pulses (Med DBS)
Skull crushers (Med DBS)
Overhead situps (1 or 2 med DBS)
