Renegade rows x 8 each side (Med DBS)


3 min AMRAP, 30 sec squat jumps, then another 3 min AMRAP = 6:30 min

Back Lunge to press x 8 each side (Med DBS)


3 min AMRAP, 30 sec twisting mountain climbers, then another 3 min AMRAP = 6:30 min
Deadlift ​to bent r​ow x 8 (Heavy DBS)
Snatch x 8 each side (Heavy DBS)
