Equipment: Suspension Mid-Length (lunge jumps) Heavy DB (Thrusters), Light DB (Boxing), Bench (Split Squats, Box Jumps)
Tabata 20/10 x 4 Rounds = 4 min
***Partners (switch with partner every round)
- TRX Lunge Jumps
- Down Dog Plyo Push-Ups
Timed Rounds: 30 sec each x 2 Rounds Each Side = 6:45 min
- Thrusters (heavy DB)
- Split Squats Right (heavy DB, low bench)
- Split Squat Hops Right (low bench)
- Rest x 15 sec
- Repeat series from top but switch to left side
Timed Rounds: 30 sec each x 5 Rounds Each = 11 min total
Group A: Do all 5 rounds before switch
- Box Jumps (squat at top) ( low or high bench)
- Spider Mountain Climbers (Alternating Jumping Mountain Climbers to outside of hands) x30 sec
Rest 1 minute before switch
Group B: Do all 5 rounds before switch
- Walking Lunges x30 sec (Heavy DBS)
- Boxing x30 sec (Light DBS)
