Equipment: Heavy DBS (chest press, 1 arms row, bentrow, highpulls), Med Band (Chest flys) Low bench.


​LADDER x 6 min - 2,4,6,8,10,12 (reverse after 12 reps)​
  • Bench Press (Heavy DBS)
  • 1-Arm Row (both sides​ Heavy DB)

Timed Rounds:30 sec / 15 sec rest x 4 Rounds = 12 min

 


​Timed Rounds: 20 sec / 10 sec rest x 3 Rounds = 4 min
