Preacher curls ( squatting with elbow on knees light DBS)
Weighted squat jumps (light DBS racked on shoulders)
Low alternating curtsy lunges (light DBS)
Group 1:
Tabata: 20/10 sec rest x 5 rounds = 5 min
Alternating plank tricep kickbacks (light DBS - min band around calves)
Low plank jacks (mini band around ankles)
Group 2:
