  • Kneeling curls x 12,10,8,6,4,2 (Medium DBS)
  • Standing Kickbacks X 12,10,8,6,4,2 (Medium DBS)
  • *Sit up to tricep overhead extension for rest of time (using 1 or 2 med DBS)

Sumo squats x 12,10,8,6,4,2 (Med DBS on each shoulder)

Russian twists x 12,10,8,6,4,2 each side (Medium DB)

*Plank up down knee to elbow for rest of time

6 min Cutoff
Sumo squat hold w/ lateral Curls x 12,10,8,6,4,2 (Medium DBs)
Skull crusher w leg lower x 12,10,8,6,4,2 (Medium DBs)
*Wall sit for the rest of time

2 min rounds x 2 = 4 min
Dumbell Donkey Kick x 30 sec each leg (WATCH VIDEO)
Weighted circles x 30 sec each leg ( lay on back, 1 leg elevated 2 inches above floor, circle 1 light weight around under and over calf)
