  • Bench x 8-12 (Heavy DB)
  • Bent Row x 8-12 (Heavy DB)
  • Plank Variations x ROT
    NOTE: alternate between Bench and Bent Row, always finish with plank variations

3-5 Sets = 5 min

  • Suspension Rotational Row x 10-15
  • Burpee x 5

  • 1-arm Row x 10 (1 Heaviest DB)
  • 1-arm Bench x 8 (1 Heaviest DB)
  • 1-arm Swing x 6 (1 Heaviest DB)
Switch arms each round so hit both twice

3-5 Sets = 5 min

  • Suspension T Pull x 10-15
  • Wide Push-ups x max
