  • Strict Shoulder Press x 8-12 (Medium DB)
  • Squats x 8-12 (Heavy DB)

3-5 sets = 9 min

  • Thrusters x 8-12 (Medium DB)
  • Stationary Lunge x 8-12/each (Heavy DB)
  • Lat Raise x 8-12 (Medium Band)
