A - Heavy Bicep Curls (Med/Heavy DB)
B - Strict Shoulder Press (Med/Heavy DB)
C - Dips
D - 4 Mountain Climber : 1 Pushup
E - Pull-over Pike (1 Med/Heavy DB)
