AMRAP , every 3 min interrupt with 3 Warrior Makers = 24 mins

  • 1-Arm Back Rows x 15/arm (Heavy DB)
  • Alternating Bench Press x 15 each (Heavy DB)
  • Wide Row x 20 (Medium DB)
  • Neutral Grip Bench Press x 20 (Medium DB)
  • Chest Fly x 25 (Heavy Band over bar)
  • Pull Apart x 25 (Medium Band)
Good feedback on this pattern last week and great non-stop workout for end of endurance month. The members should get through the whole set 3-4x.
