- Alternating Bench Press x 15 each (Heavy DB)
- Wide Row x 20 (Medium DB)
- Neutral Grip Bench Press x 20 (Medium DB)
- Chest Fly x 25 (Heavy Band over bar)
- Pull Apart x 25 (Medium Band)
Good feedback on this pattern last week and great non-stop workout for end of endurance month. The members should get through the whole set 3-4x.
