  • Deadlift High Pull (Heavy DB)
  • Plank Toe Taps* (Leg Band)

*leave blue band around ankles throughout set.


Timed: 40 sec x 3 Rounds = 6 min

  • 3:1 Eccentric Bicep Curls (Medium DB)
  • Lateral Lunge to Close Grip Shoulder Press (Medium DB)
  • Opposite side

3-4 Rounds, 6 min cutoff then switch = 12 min total

Group A
  • Step Ups w/ Kickback x12 each leg (Heavy DB)
  • Hanging Ab Variations x12
Group B
  • Plank Kickbacks x12 each (1 Medium DB)
  • Weighted V-ups x12 (1 Medium DB)
