  • Skull Crushers optional Leg Lower (Medium DB)
  • Flutter Kicks
  • Toe Touches (legs at 90)

AMRAP = 6 min

  • Squat Hold w/ Rear Lunges x 20 total (1 DB)
  • Bicep Curls x20 (Heavy Band)
  • Bench Dips x20
