  • Plank Around the World (lift one arm or leg at a time)

Timed: 40 sec x 3 Rounds, Switch = 8 min

Group A:

  • 1-Arm Suspension Row (no rotation)
  • Opposite Arm

Group B:

  • 1-Leg Deadlift (Medium DB)
  • Opposite Leg

Timed = 2 min

  • Wall-Sit (advanced alternate lifting one leg)

Timed: 40 sec x 3 Rounds, Switch = 8 min

Group A:

  • Suspension Pistol Squat (advanced no suspension support)
  • Opposite Leg

Group B:

  • 1-Leg Bent Over Back Row (Medium DB)
  • 1-Leg Bicep Curl (Medium DB)

Timed = 2 min

  • Reverse Plank (advanced alternate lifting one leg)

Recovery: Yoga Stretch
