  • Biceps Curl (Heavy DBs)
  • Speed Band Curl x 30 sec (Med/Heavy Band)

  • In-Out Jump Squats (touch ground on wide squat)

Timed 30:30:15 x4 Rounds = 5 min

  • Overhead Triceps (1 Heavy DB)
  • Speed Band Tricep Pushdown (Med/Heavy Band)

  • Split Jumps
