- 3 Burpees at top of minute then alternate between the following for 4 rounds:
- Squats
- Deadlift High Pulls
- Boxing
AMRAP = 10 min
- Rear Lunge x 6-10/side
- Lunge Jump x 10 total
- Clean and Press x 10
