Equipment: bench, heavy db, very light db
EMOM = 12 min
  • 3 Burpees at top of minute then alternate between the following for 4 rounds:
    • Squats
    • Deadlift High Pulls
    • Boxing

AMRAP = 10 min

  • Rear Lunge x 6-10/side
  • Lunge Jump x 10 total
  • Clean and Press x 10

Recovery: Foam Roll
