Equipment needed: Heavy DB’s (Squats, One Arm Rows, Swings, Tri extension) Med DB’s (Plank row, curls) Light DB (Lat raise and weighted punches)

  • Goblet Sumo Squat x10 (1 Heavy DB)
  • DB Swings x 10 (1 Heavy DB)
  • Overhead Tri extension x10
  • Twisting Mountain Climbers x rest of the 2 min

EMOM x 4 min

  • One Arm Row (Heavy DB) x 8 (2 rounds with each arm, have opp. forearm on quad aka no bench)
  • Burpees with 4 punches for ROM (Light DBS)

  • Side plank lat raise (Light DB Rt side)x 30 sec
  • Side plank lat raise (Light DB Lft side) x 30 sec
  • High Plank Walk Outs x 1 min
