ROM:
  • Narrow- Regular- Wide Squats (Heavy DBS)
  • Bent Over Rows (Heavy DBS)
  • SL Deadlifts (Med DBS)
  • SA Plank Row (Med DB)
  • SL Front to Back Lunges (Med/Heavy DBS)
  • Lunge Jumps
**Rotate through each move every min for ROM: 4 rounds each
**For the single arm and leg movements switch leg/arm each round to complete two rounds on each side
