Equipment Needed: Heavy DBS (Chest press, snatch) Med DBS (1/2 get up, renegade T press, upright row, skier swing)

  • Chest Press x 6 rt arm, 6 lft arm, 6 both arms
  • Snatches x 6 each arm (Heavy DB)
  • 1 Down dog pushup to a walkout to an updown plank x 6

50 SEC ON / 10 SEC OFF X 3 ROUNDS = 9 MIN
  • Renegade T Press (Med DBS)
  • Upright row to 1 Skier swing (Med DBS)
  • Burpee pushup ladder -add extra pushup each time you come down to ground

30 sec each x 3 rounds = 5 min
