- Snatches x 6 each arm (Heavy DB)
- 1 Down dog pushup to a walkout to an updown plank x 6
50 SEC ON / 10 SEC OFF X 3 ROUNDS = 9 MIN
- Renegade T Press (Med DBS)
- Upright row to 1 Skier swing (Med DBS)
- Burpee pushup ladder -add extra pushup each time you come down to ground
30 sec each x 3 rounds = 5 min
