Equipment Needed: Med/Heavy DBS (Close grip press Heavy (Bench press, snatch) TRX mid length

1 min each (rest x 30 sec), 45 sec each (rest x 15 sec ), 30 sec each = 5:15
  • Single arm close chest press rt arm, then lft arm, then both arms (Med/Heavy DBS)
  • ​Burpee plank row (1 row each side- 1 burpee) (Med/Heavy DBS)​

  • ​Chest press leg lowers (Heavy DBS)
  • Alt Snatches ​(Heavy DB)

​30 sec / 10 sec x 4 rounds = 5:10
​Group 1:
  • TRX inverted row ​(Mid length)
  • Plyo pushups

30 sec / 10 sec x 4 rounds = 5:10


​Group 2:
  • Chest fly leg lowers (Med DBS)
  • Overhead sit up (1 Med DB overhead)
