Equipment Needed: Trx, mini bands, Med/Heavy DBS
Circuit 1: 40 secs with 10 secs of rest in between exercises x 2 rounds complete one round through! = 10 minutes 30 seconds
Trx Station (station 1 at the front):
- TRX rev flys (remember to kick stand the leg
- Dips at rittenhouse or Trx skull crushers at PE

Weights station (station 2 near the weights):
- Alt snatches to back lunges (Med/Heavy DB)

Minibands station (station 3 near the Reebok benches):
- Weighted duck walks *mini band around the ankles*
- Push-up to toe taps *mini band around the ankles*
Circuit 2: 30 Secs x 2 rounds of each exercise w/ 15 sec transition. Go through everything Twice= 12 minutes
Station 1: 2 x = 2 min
- Squat hold with curls (Med DBS)
- Renegade row(Med DBS)
15 sec rest
Station 2: 2 x = 2 min
- Tricep overhead extension (Heavy DBS)
- Bent over row (Heavy DBS)
15 sec rest
Station 3: 2x = 2 min
- Wtd v-ups (Med DBS)
- Double crunches
