Equipment Needed: Extra Heavy DBS (goblet squats, 1 arm row) Med/ Heavy DBS (Thrusters, Russian twist, Wtd sit-up, hammer curls, high pulls, press)


5 MIN: Goal is 3-4 Sets

  • Partner 1: Pullups x 10
  • Partner 2: Thrusters x 10
  • Squat jumps till partner is done*

Every 2 min x 4 Rounds = 8 min

  • Goblet Squats x 10 (Extra heavy DB)
  • Right front Lunge to High Pull x 8 (Heavy DBS)
  • Left front Lunge to Shoulder Press x 6 (Med/Heavy DBS)
  • Hammer Curls x burn out (Med DBS)
  • *Rest for the remainder of time if any is left!

Timed Rounds x 3 = 9 min

  • Single arm row x 30 sec rt/ Single arm row x 30 sec lft (Extra Heavy DB)
  • Push Ups x 30 sec, Russian Twists (Med/Heavy DB) x 30 sec
  • Mountain climbers x 30 sec, WTD Sit Ups (Med/Heavy DB) x 30 sec
