Equipment Needed: Med DBS (upright row to press, step ups, lunges) Heavy DBS (deadlifts, snatches) Light DBS (lat raises, rev fly)

8 min round- goal 3-4 sets
  • Upright row to shoulder press x 8 (Med DBS)
  • Front lunges x 8 each leg (Med DBS)
  • 4:1 mountain climber pushups x 8

EMOM x 2 rounds = 6:30
  • Heavy Step ups left leg x 8 / lat raises x ROM
  • Heavy Step ups right leg x 8 / lat raises x ROM
  • Deadlifts x 8 (Extra Heavy) / rev flys x ROM
  • *REST X 30 sec and start back at top*

3 rounds / 30 sec each / 10 sec rest = 7:50
  • Thrusters (Med DBS)
  • Snatch to back lunge rt side (Med DB)
  • Snatch to back lunge lft side (Med DB)
  • Down dog pushups
