- Close grip chest press w/ 6 inch leg hold (Med DBS)

- Trx squat to fly (calf length straps)
- Trx bicep curls (calf length straps)

30 sec each x 2 = 2 min
- Squat to back lunge (Heavy DBS racked on shoulders)
- Walkout pushups

- Sit-up to press ( 1 Med DB)
- Russian twists ( Med DB)
