You can do this 26 minute strength series and demo no more than 2 min for each circuit. 🤗
Equipment Needed: TRX calf length, Med DBS upper body, Heavy DBS lower body

Circuit 1: complete 2 rounds through = 13.5 min
30 sec each x 2 = 2 min
  • Trx skull crushers (calf length straps)
  • Trx chest press (calf length straps)
15 sec transition
30 sec each x 2 = 2 min
  • Alternating lateral lunges (Med DBS)
  • Shoulder presses (Med DBS)
15 sec transition
30 sec each x 2 = 2 min
  • Close grip chest press w/ 6 inch leg hold (Med DBS)
  • Plank row (Med DBS)
15 sec transition

Circuit 2: complete 2 rounds through = 13 min
30 sec each x 2 = 2 min
  • Trx squat to fly (calf length straps)
  • Trx bicep curls (calf length straps)
15 sec transition
30 sec each x 2 = 2 min
  • Squat to back lunge (Heavy DBS racked on shoulders)
  • Walkout pushups
15 sec transition
30 sec each x 2 = 2 min
  • Sit-up to press ( 1 Med DB)
  • Russian twists ( Med DB)
