Equipment Needed: TRX (mid calf length) bench, Med DB (chest fly, chest press, shoulder press)

Group 1 : 2x 45 sec each = 4:30 min
  • TRX atomic push-up
  • TRX low plank saw
  • TRX Chest press

Group 2 : 2x 45 sec each = 4:30 min
  • Sit-up to shoulder press : (Med DBS)
  • Weighted sit-up : (Med DB)
  • Push-ups

2 x 1 min each = 6 min
  • Chest fly : (Med DBS)
  • Bench press : (Med DBS)
  • Squat to shoulder press : (Med DBS)

90, 60, 30 sec each = 8:30 min
