CIRCUIT SUNDAY


Equipment Needed: TRX (mid length) Med/ Heavy DBS (cleans, tricep extension, balancing Row) Med DBS (surrenders, shoulder press)

4 stations: 40 sec each exercise x 2 sets at each station before they switch stations and go through entire circuit 2 x = 24 Min

Station 1:
  • Trx alt pistol squats
  • Trx squat jumps
  • 20 sec transition

Station 2:
  • Surrenders (Med DBS)
  • Kneeling Piston shoulder press (Med DBS)
  • 20 sec transition

Station 3:
  • Balance SA Row Right (Med / Heavy DB)
  • Balance SA Row Left
  • 20 sec transition

Station 4:
