CIRCUIT SUNDAY
Equipment Needed: TRX (mid length) Med/ Heavy DBS (cleans, tricep extension, balancing Row) Med DBS (surrenders, shoulder press)
4 stations: 40 sec each exercise x 2 sets at each station before they switch stations and go through entire circuit 2 x = 24 Min
Station 1:
- Trx alt pistol squats
- Trx squat jumps
- 20 sec transition
Station 2:
- Surrenders (Med DBS)
- Kneeling Piston shoulder press (Med DBS)
- 20 sec transition
Station 3:
- Balance SA Row Right (Med / Heavy DB)
- Balance SA Row Left
- 20 sec transition
Station 4:
