CIRCUIT SUNDAY 1ST DAY OF ENDURANCE MONTH
Equipment Needed: TRX (Mid length), Med-Heavy DBS (Renegade row, alt clean and press, double pulse squats), Optional Mats
TOTAL CIRCUIT TIME = 18 MIN
Show all 8 exercises at once and then divide the group into 4 stations. Give everyone a number 1-4 and that’s where they will start!
Station 1:
1 min each:
- TRX muscle ups
- TRX bicep curls
*15 sec to switch stations
Station 2:
1 min each:
- Bird dog pushups
- Plank up downs
*15 sec to switch stations
Station 3:
1 min each:
- Double pulse front squats (Med/Heavy DBS)
- Alt front lunge to twist (1 Med/Heavy DB)
*15 sec to switch stations
Station 4:
1 min each:
- Alt clean and press (Med/Heavy DBS)
- Plank Row (Med/Heavy DBS)
4 Rounds - 4 Min ABS:
- v-ups x 40 sec
- Hollow body hold x 20 sec
