Squat Jump x ROM

Swings to OH Tricep extension x 30 sec (Heavy DB)

Piston Bicep Curls x 30 sec (Med DBS)


EMOM X 3

Back Lunges x 12 (6 x each side) (Med DBS)

Piston Shoulder Press x ROM (Med DBS)


3-4 x Rounds (6 min)

Chinups x 10 (1/2 the group starts here)

pushup knee to elbow plank hop x 10

Palms Up Lat Raise x 10 (Light DBS)


4 x Rounds = 4 min

Speed Bench Dips 30 sec

Double Crunches x 30 sec
