Equipment Needed: TRX (squat jumps, rows) Med-Heavy DBS (thrusters) Light band (lat raises)

CIRCUIT SUNDAY
Group 1 goes and then moves to group 2, group 2 moves to group 3 and 3 will move to group 1’s station.
**In Rittenhouse have people in the front by TRX , people in the middle behind them and then people by the windows. Make 3 lines.

Complete the below circuit 2 x = 22:30
Group 1: 3 rounds in a row = 3 min
30 sec to switch groups!
Group 2: 3 rounds in a row = 3 min
  • Thrusters x 30 sec (Med DBS)
  • Piston bicep curls x 30 sec (Med DBS)
30 sec to switch groups!
Group 3: 3 rounds in a row = 3 min
  • Plyo pushups x 30 sec
  • Band lat raises x 30 sec (light band)
30 sec to switch groups!
