Equipment Needed: TRX over shortened, Med DBS (skier swings, plank row, kick backs, skull crushers), Light DBS (punches, lat raises)
*It’s gonna be tight at RH, but you can make it work. Front of room on TRX, behind them 2nd group and by windows it 3rd.
3 GROUP CIRCUIT:
1 min each x 15 sec to transition to next group x 3 rounds = 11 min
Group 1:
TRX pullups (Have all trx set up ahead of time)
Group 2:
Squat to hammer curl to press (Med DBS)
Group 3: (keep low benches against walls)
Split squat to lateral raise (every 5 reps switch legs to keep even) (Light DBS)
45 sec each x 3 rounds = 5 min
- Skier swings
- Plank row
- Rest x 15 sec
30 sec each x 4 rounds = 6:45
Tricep kickbacks (Med DBS)
Low squat hold to punches (Light DBS)
Skull crushers (Med DBS)
Rest x 15 sec
