Tue 5/29/18 : Back with Chest: Strength & Conditioning

Equipment Needed:
  • Heavy DBS (bench press, pullovers, pendlay row)
  • Med DBS (standing chest fly)
  • TRX (back ext, pushups)


Group 1: AMRAP = 5 Min
Group 2: AMRAP = 5 Min
  • Bent Over Row x 8-12 (Heavy DBS)
  • Bench press x 8-12 (Heavy DBS)


Timed: 30 sec / 10 sec rest x 4 rounds = 5 min
  • Alt close grip bench (Heavy DBS)
  • Back Flies (Med DBS)


Timed: 30 sec / 10 sec rest x 4 rounds = 5 min

Plank hold variations to finish!
