6 Min Round:
  • Deadlift x 12 (Heavy DBS)
  • Man makers x 6 (Med DBS)

5 Min Round:
  • Front lunges x 10 total (Heavy DBS)
  • Bench press x 10 (Heavy DBS)
  • Tricep ovhd ext x 10 (Heavy DB)

Partner Up: 30 sec on by 10 sec to switch x 4 rounds = 4 min
  • TRX low rows
  • 4:1 Mountain climber pushups

3 Min EMOM:
  • Front squats x 8 (Heavy DBS)
  • Bicep curls x ROM (Med DBS)

1 Min Each = 2 min
  • Burpees
  • Low plank Knee to elbow
