Equipment Needed: Pullup setup, TRX calf length, Heavy DBS (bench press, single arm row, bent row), Med DBS (Renegade row, flys)

Partner Up: 30 sec on : 5 sec transition x 4 Rounds = 4:40

  • Partner 1: Rotational bentover underhand row (Heavy DBS)
  • Partner 2: TRX Chest press (Calf length)

Partner Up: 30 sec on : 5 sec transition x 4 Rounds = 4:40
  • Partner 1: Close grip chest press (on floor) (Med DBS)
  • Partner 2: TRX Row (Calf length)

8 MIN ROUND: GOAL IS 3 SETS
  • Pullups x 8
  • Bench press x 8
  • Single arm row x 8 each arm
  • Deficit Pushups
