Equipment Needed: TRX (mid length), Heavy DBS (Squats, clean and press) Med DBS (Presses, upright row) Light DBS (lat raises)

  • Suitcase squats x 10 (Heavy DBS)
  • Alt back lunges x 10 total (Heavy DBS)
  • Shoulder presses x 10 (Med DBS)
  • Burpee to upright row (1 burpee pushup stand up and do 1 upright row) x 5 (Med DBS)

TIMED ROUNDS: 1 MIN EACH : 10 sec transition X 3 = 10:20 MIN
