Sat 4/28/18 : Full Body : Stability & Endurance

Equipment Needed: Heavy DBS (squats, chest press) Med DBS (lunges, renegade row, shoulder press, upright row, flys) Light and Med band (curls and pushdowns)

Demo these 2 tabatas in a row to speed up time!
Tabata: 20 sec on / 10 sec rest / 4 rounds = 4 min
  • Bench Press (Heavy DBS)
  • Chest fly w/ rotation (Med DBS)
Tabata: 20 sec on / 10 sec rest / 4 rounds = 4 min
  • Squats (Heavy DBS)
  • Back Lunge (rt leg only- switch legs each round) (Med DBS)

Tabata: 20 sec on / 10 sec rest / 3 rounds = 6 min
  • Arnold shoulder press (Med DBS)
  • Upright rows (Med DBS)
  • Renegade row rt arm (Med DBS)
  • Renegade row lft arm (Med DBS)

Demo these 2 tabatas in a row to speed up time!
Tabata: 20 sec on / 10 sec holds / 4 rounds = 4 min
  • Group 1: Tricep band pushdown w/ hold x 4 rounds = 2 min (Light band)
  • Group 2: Band curls w/ 90 degree hold x 4 rounds - 2 min (Med band)

Tabata: 20 sec on / 10 sec holds = 4 min

  • Bicycle crunches rt side only x 20 sec
  • 10 sec hold (elbow to knee rt side in bicycle
  • Plank knee to elbow rt side only x 20 sec
  • 10 sec plank hold rt knee to elbow
  • Repeat everything on left x 2 rounds!!!
