Tue 4/24/18 : Legs with Back : Stability & Endurance

Equipment Needed: Low Bench (Split Squats), Heavy DBS (1.5 Squats, Goblet Sumo Squat Pulses, Deadlifts), Medium DBS (1.5 Split Squats, SLDL, High Pulls, Plank Row)

3 Rounds = 6 min

AMRAP = 8 min (Goal is 2 rounds! - 3 would be amazing!!)

4 Rounds = 8 min
*switch legs every round
  • 1 split squat to 1 split squat pulse (right leg) x 1 min ( back foot on low bench, Med DBS)
  • Single leg deadlift (right leg x 30 sec (Med DBS)
  • Plank Rows with Hop x 30 sec (Med DBS)
