Sat 4/14/18 : Full Body : Stability & Endurance

Equipment Needed: Heavy DBS (squat to back lunge, underhand row) Med DBS (plank row, curtsy lunge, front lunges, curl to press, skull crushers)

1 min each x 2 rounds = 6 min

  • Squat to Alt. back Lunges (Heavy DBS)
  • Curl to shoulder press (palms face body whole time) (Med DBS)
  • Skull Crushers (Med DBS)

10 Min Amrap (At the 5 minute mark drop and do 1 minute of Burpees)

1 min each x 2 rounds = 6 min
  • 2:2 Pushups
  • Low Plank Knee to elbow
