Equipment Needed: Light Res Band (front/lat raises, tricep ext), Med DBS (Squats, upright row) Light/Med DBS (Hammer curls) Mini band (toe taps)
Timed Rounds x 1 min each x 2 sets = 8 min (Keep mini band on whole time)
- Narrow to regular squat (mini band around upper thighs) (Med DBS)
- Deadlift to upright row (Med DBS)
- Pushups (feel free to choose a fun kind to do)
- Plank toe taps (mini band around calves of ankles)
Tabata 20 sec on / 10 sec hold
- Band front raise/ hold x 2 rounds
- Band lat raise/ hold x 2 rounds
- Bench hop overs x 45 sec
- Repeat the entire series = 5:30
