Equipment Needed: Low Bench (Split Squats), Med/Heavy DBS (Squats, Alt. Bent Row), Light/Medium DBS (Split Squats, Front to Back Lunges)

*share low benches for Split Squats (one person each side)
50 Rep Challenge = 24 min
*4 min cutoff per exercise
  • Squats (med/heavy DB)
  • Bulgarian Split Squats to SLDL (25 each side) (light/med DB)
  • Alternating Rotational Bent Row (25 each side) (med/heavy DB)
  • Front to Back Lunges (do as many on one side until burnout as possible, then match on other side & repeat until 25 each side) (light/med DB)
  • Reverse Flyes (light/med DB)
  • Alternating DLHP (25 each side) (med/heavy DB)
