Group B - DB & Mat: Every 90 seconds x 4 Rounds = 6 min

  • Sit-up to Shoulder Press x 12,10,8,6 (Med DBS)
  • Low Plank to High Plank x ROT

3 x Rounds + 1 min Burnout after 3 rounds ​= 10 min

  • Chest Fly w/Leg 6 inch Lift Hold x 45 sec *Head Up, Low Back on Bench: ​(​Med DBS)​
  • Alternating Bench Press x 45 sec *Slow Tempo 3:3 : ​(​Med DBS)​Lat Raise x 45 sec (Resistance Band​)
  • Band Rotator Cuff External Rotation x 45 sec (Resistance Band)
