Equipment Needed: Heavy DBS (Chest press, Bent Row, Front Squats), Light DBS (Lat raises, tricep kick backs), Med DBS (Warrior makers, curl to press)

6 Min AMRAP:
  • Chest Press x 8-12 (Heavy DBS)
  • Front Squats x 8-12 (Heavy DBS)
  • Bent Row x 8-12 (Heavy DBS)

​1 min: Warrior Makers​ (Med DBS)

​Timed Rounds: 40 sec each x 4 rounds = ​8 min
  • 3 pushups to 1 kneeling lat raise (Light DBS)
  • Squat curl to press (Med DBS)
  • DB pullover to leg lowers (Heavy DB)

1 min: Warrior Makers​ (Med DBS)


6 Min EMOM:
  • Chair pose tricep kickbacks 8,10,12….every round add 2 reps
  • For rest of minute: Alt v-ups
(REPEAT 3X STRAIGHT)
  • Dips 8,10,12….every round add 2 reps
  • For rest of minute: Bicycle crunches
(REPEAT 3X STRAIGHT)
